Flambard Williams is a renowned property investment agency based in Canary Wharf London.Due to our increased success and volume of deals we are looking for additional Sales Progressors to facilitate the smooth running of each and every deal.
Responsibilities and Job Role
Your main role is simple, once the deal has been secured by one of our brokers, you will liaise between the client and the solicitors to ensure the smooth exchange of contracts.
- Manage the company pipelines through to completion
- Work with the sales team to resolve any potential issues
- Be a point of contact for vendors and purchasers
- Oversee and maintain a good relationship with solicitors and surveyors
- Maintain up to date list of contractors
- Produce accurate completions projections for Directors and Managers
