Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the managing director in executing various marketing initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional material to be used digitally (case studies etc)
• Update and maintain company website
• Identify target markets / clients based on existing client portfolio
• Maintain all social media platforms
• Monitor contract portals and flag potential opportunities to managing director

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
