Private Clients Insurance Account Executive_ _to join a successful insurance broker based in _
Fareham._

What we are looking for:_
-
Previous experience in Private Clients (HNW) High Net Worth insurance market (Essential)_

  • Experience in building and maintaining successful business relationships with _
    High Net Worth (HNW) Individuals._
  • Previous experience in arranging portfolio policies that often include several high value properties, cars, fine wine, fine art and Highend boats together on one policy._
  • Proactively generate new business to compliment the business plans of the business._

Well versed in engaging with High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, generating income and working towards KPI and Business Targets._

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills_
  • Solid academic achievement ideally CII CERT qualified (Desirable not essential)_
  • Proactive, adaptable and resilient, eager to write business_
  • Adaptable to change/ flexible to changing market and business requirements_
  • Can work on your own, as well as part of a team_
  • Experienced in Account handling of existing book of business as well as new business_
  • Fact finding, finding solutions for your customers_
  • Professional, building a pipeline of business whilst nurturing existing business._
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and commitment_
  • Experienced in speaking to Directors and decision makers in a business_
  • Resilient, Selfconfident, Proactive and forward thinking_
  • Wanting to grow and develop in a business, and build a career._

Main duties (but not limited to)_

  • To offer a complete _
    High Net Worth insurance service_ _to both new and existing customers_
  • Managing client HNW portfolio insurances including_ d_ealing with Personal Lines, Classic Car, Performance vehicles, Let, Overseas properties, holiday homes, Mid-Net Worth and High Net Worth business._
  • Sourcing_, developing and managing _and growing book of business through upselling and "rounding out" accounts from personal lines and commercial sectors_
  • Manage your own dairy and keep updated_
  • Developing Marketing Campaigns to drive business in line with business plan._
  • Factfinding, generating quotations, midterm adjustments, issuance and renewals on _
    High Net Worth insurance_ _and _
    Personal Lines policies._
  • Liaising and negotiating with Underwriters in respect of premiums and terms_
  • Providing assistance with Claims issues where appropriate_
  • Arranging security and appraisal visits with insurers_
  • Account handling and collection of monies from clients_
  • Maintain compliance in accordance with business requirements and FCA regulations_
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers_
  • Ensuring policy documentation is correct, ensuring any queries are raised and amended accordingly._
  • Scope out and develop the Private Clients (High Net worth) clients and cross selling from other areas of the business as well as seeking new business._
  • Working knowledge of insurance systems Open GI, Acturis, SSP and EDI transactions (Desirable)_
  • Any other business required by business_

  • HIGH NET WORTH ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE: 1 year (required)
