Our client, who specialises in finding housing for young people who are leaving care, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced permanent
Team Leader to manage their team of outreach workers.
Ideally you will have previous experience of managing outreach support workers and are looking for a role where you can make a difference to peoples lives.
Duties will include:
- Support and supervising staff to maintain and raise standards in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company
- Assisting staff team in the provision of a safe environment both individually and as part of a team
- Carry out weekly checks on the properties and liaise with key staff to ensure that maintenance, health and safety standards are reported and addressed
- Ensure that maintenance/health and safety logs are maintained
- Work within equal opportunities and Quality Assurance frameworks
- You will share the responsibility for out of hours calls with the Services Manager
- To undertake and delegate responsibilities for designated tasks
- Ensure accurate records are maintained on inhouse system
You may also be required to work occasional weekends.
