We have an exciting opportunity for a Highway Project Administrator to join our dedicated team at Staffordshire County Council.

As a Highway Project Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and assisting our team across all facets of highway services, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the preparation of accurate reports and meticulous documents.
- Participate in meetings, actively sharing insights and opinions.
- Offer support in project administration, including timeline coordination and record maintenance.
- Manage additional projects as required, showcasing your strong organizational skills.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, driving toward project objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and propose innovative solutions.
- Prioritize tasks adeptly, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Display adaptability and flexibility in managing evolving priorities.
- Conduct research and analyse data to bolster project strategies.
- Employ critical thinking and problemsolving to surmount obstacles and attain project goals.

- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in problemsolving.
- IT literacy.
- Sound knowledge of project management principles.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
