Finance Project Administrator, £20-22,000, Harrogate

Do you want to make a difference to the environment and work with this Harrogate based company who help businesses control how much they are spending on energy and how it is being used?

If so, this could be a great opportunity for you to join them.

You would be reporting to the Commercial Financial Accountant and be assisting with managing the day-to-day activity on the project finance side of the group and helping to ease pressure duringthe invoicing, month-end and year-end reporting cycle.


Key responsibilities:

  • Working with the projects team to ensure Microsoft Dynamics is kept up to date for the live status of all projects.
  • Ensuring all sales invoices are raised on a timely basis minimising length between a project being completed and invoicing the client.
  • Posting of receipts and bank payments to Dynamics to ensure the project status is up to date.
  • Production of a monthly project status report, to allow the management accountant to prepare the month end accounts.
  • Assistance during the audit process to provide project programs, and completion documents.
  • Upload all purchase orders to allow the purchase ledger clerk to match purchase invoices
  • Any other tasks required by the Commercial Financial Accountant.
