    Description

    We are currently supporting a global organisation with the recruitment drive for a Production Administrator helps keep the day-to-day running of the site organised and on track. This role supports the Operations team by making sure paperwork, records and information are accurate and up to date. You'll work closely with Production, Warehouse and Quality teams, acting as a central point of contact to help things run smoothly. The role involves coordinating information, tracking stock and training records, supporting safety documentation, and handling general administrative tasks. This is a busy, varied role suited to someone who is well organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Keeping production paperwork and records organised and up to date
    • Entering, checking and maintaining data to support reporting and performance tracking
    • Sharing information between Production, Warehouse and Quality teams
    • Helping track materials, stock, PPE and consumables
    • Supporting meetings by preparing information and notes
    • Maintaining training records and helping organise training sessions
    • Assisting with recruitment administration and new starter onboarding
    • Supporting health and safety records such as incidents and actions
    • Providing general day-to-day office and administrative support

    Required Skills

    • A well-organised person with good attention to detail
    • Someone comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
    • Strong communication skills and a professional approach
    • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team

    Nice to Have (but not essential)

    • Experience in a manufacturing, production or operations environment
    • Experience using stock systems or databases
