Band 5 Claims Handler
The post-holder will work in a team handling all the claims received by the Trust.

You will liaise with staff at all levels of the organisation, and be the key point of contact with NHS Resolution, to undertake claims investigations.

We are looking for someone with the relevant experience, excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.

You will need to be extremely well organised with strong administrative skills and a track record demonstrating an ability to deal with staff at all levels.

You will be able to work to tight deadlines and juggle a busy caseload, working largely autonomously.


The post-holder will report directly to the Head of Legal Claims, and will undertake other peripheral legal administrative work as required.
