We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team.As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and update information in our database
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in using SAGE for order processing
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
