Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.


Duties:


  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain customer records and update information in our database
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in using SAGE for order processing
  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records

Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
