We are currently partnered with a multi award winning social housing contractor, who are expanding their team, seeking a Site Manager to work on a void contract in Loughborough.

The role of Site Manager:

  • Overseeing a void and structural works contract in Loughborough
  • Overseeing the trades operatives
  • Ensuring Health and Safety is up to company standard
In order to be successful for the Site Manager role:

  • Good record of Health and Safety
  • SMSTS Qualification
  • Social housing experience
  • Experience working on void contracts preferred
