Salary £23,114 - £23,893 per annum Pro Rata | Fixed Term until 31/03/2026, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Care Navigation Homecare |

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Business Support Officer to enhance our already established supportive team who will contribute to the key work of the Care Navigation Service.

This post is a full-time temporary post within the Strategic and Integrated Commissioning Service based at County Hall, Preston.

We are currently working a combination of home and office working; therefore, you will be required to have a suitable working space within your home and broadband connection.

If you are unable to provide a suitable homeworking environment, you will be required to work from the office base in Preston.


What we are looking for:


Knowledge and Experience - Ideally you will have experience of working within an administration setting and you will have knowledge of using Microsoft packages and databases.


Good Communication - You'll be engaging with Managers, Social Workers, external care providers, families, members of the public and the rest of the team daily, so being able to clearly communicate the information you need and listen to individual requirements is required.
