Supply Chain Coordinator - London, United Kingdom - Five Guys
Description
Responsibilities.
1. Core responsibilities**- Coordinating supply chain activity across France, Spain and Germany.
- Resolve and manage day to day issues as they occur in the supply chain.
- Ensure that supply chain processes and procedures are followed.
- Provide resolution for ongoing product availability issues and capacity constraints.
- Identify risks within the supply chain and work with internal and external stakeholders to increase security and sustainability of supply chain.
- Support maintenance of relationships with LSP and key suppliers.
- Ensure effective introduction of products and managing product changes.
- Work closely with team to support on short and medium term forecasts especially over key trading periods.
- Supporting new store supply chain set up.
- Ensure all systems are accurate and up to date, and to produce regular and ad hoc management information reports as required.
- Work cooperatively with team members and colleagues, contributing positively and constructively to the achievement of team and business objectives.
2. Additional Responsibilities**- Assisting in supply chain developments.
- To assist purchasing and technical teams to deliver departmental objectives.
