We are currently looking to recruit a Midweight Graphic Designer to support our Design Team, based at our office in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

We operate a hybrid working model:
three or more days from the office, the remainder of the week from home.

Working as part of our Studio team, the Midweight Designer will utilise their motion design expertise to design effective direct marketing materials, collaborating on multi-channel promotional campaigns, creating dynamic social media content and providing crucial motion design support to the wider team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign impactful and response-driven direct marketing materials, including social and digital content, direct mail, and visual retail communications, ensuring they align with OKA's brand values and identityWorking with the other Designers, Marketing teams, and Copywriters on multi-channel promotional campaigns, visualising and developing concepts to the creation and delivery of final assetsContribute to the ongoing creative evolution of the OKA brand, exploring new ideas and solutions to enhance our visual identitySupporting wider design team with BAU asks such as designs and concepts for the E-commerce site, layout of direct mail materials, point of sale, visual retail solutions, press releases, and internal communications when requiredManaging design projects from the concept to completion, while liaising with both internal and external stakeholdersDesign and build of dynamic social media and email templatesActively contributing ideas in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions and having the ability to build and develop creative concepts related to designStaying ahead of trends and new technologyABOUT YOUPrevious experience as a midweight Graphic Designer or Digital Designer within a brand or agency environmentYou're a confident creative thinker, excited to take on a challenge and produce new ideas for a creative luxury brandProven experience solely managing design projects, from ideation and research through to presenting mock-ups and producing final assetsCan showcase an exceptional portfolioExpert in the working Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen interest in developing new skills for both online and offline design.

Proven experience in crafting creative content for digital and mobile-first marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, and on-site materials.

A talent for grasping brand strategy and translating it into compelling digital communicationPossess strong typographic, layout, and motion design skillsUp to date with the latest design trends and in tune with the ever-evolving social landscapeSelf-motivated, proactive and up for a challengeDiligent in ensuring all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and consistency, reflecting the luxury and sophistication of our brandAn adaptable and versatile designer, happy to take on a challenge – from detail focused packaging design to brainstorming new ideas for campaign concepts.
