Now Education are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in a Secondary School in the Nottinghamshire area.

Experience working with young people is necessary to be considered for this role.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be helping and supporting students in lessons.

You will also get the opportunity to put a smile on a child's face, positvely impact their life and support them when they are learning valuable skills.

Have experience working with young people and supporting them.
Have a desire to work and inspire young people and to enage them in a positive learning journey.
Be flexible and adaptable to the school and build good rapport with all members of staff.
Manage pupils individual learning plans based on their individual needs.
Supporting the teachers in the day to day running of the school day.
Have exceptional understanding of behaviour mangement.
Follow the schools behaviour policy and assist where needed.
Engage with students in the classroom setting.
Have excellent reading, writing and numerical skills.
Be flexible and adaptable to change.
Have the get up and go mentality
Be organised and have good timekeeping skills.
Have the willingness to go the extra mile to help the student's grades improve.
Act accordingly to the schools behaviour policy and ensure that you are following it accordingly.
