The Client:

My client is the main provider of community service to people living in Portsmouth, Southampton and parts of Hampshire.

They are also the main provider of mental health services to people living in Portsmouth and employs over 3,800 staff and have an incomeof over £175 million.

The Role:

We are looking to recruit an HCPC registered Band 6 Physiotherapist for a months locum contract, starting ASAP.

Physiotherapy assessment of individuals' with Neuro or Stroke diagnosis within community setting / own home. Delivery of neuro rehabilitation. Work alongside MDT including OT, Physio, SLT, Psychology, Nursing and Rehab Assistants, holding a shared MDT caseload.
Maintain clinical documentation using System 1 electronic platform.

Work schedule would 37.5 hours weekly Monday to Friday from full time or part time.


Requirements:


  • Hold Physiotherapy degree (MSc or BSc).
  • UK license and access to a car.
  • Enhanced DBS & HCPC Registration required.
