The role:


  • You will be a professional who is able to sell products, services & bespoke solutions. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing sales through sustained prospecting and activity. You will be able to develop strong internal relationships delivering solutions to meet customer demands and requirements (Volume & Value) and will have a clearly defined sales methodology. Keeping up to date with market developments & customer insight will be needed to contribute to the wider Field Sales strategy.

Your core duties include:


  • To drive appropriate awareness of products for all segments and lead the drive of campaigns for specific portfolio
  • To own the regional and personal forecasting for specific products / propositions
  • To deliver a personal sales order value target for both New and Retention business
  • To adhere to and exceed minimum productivity (customer visits) measures
  • To provide accurate forecasting and sales opportunity management
  • To establish key internal and external relationships to support their sales plan
  • To understand customer requirements & provide solutions
  • Support & Implement the Field Sales Strategy launching propositions into the

Skills and experience required:


  • IP and Networking sales skills understand the market and key drivers from customers to change providers


  • Business acumen

  • Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational performance, commercial acumen and financial literacy (e.g. business KPIs, customer ROI, business cases)
  • Planning & organisation coordinate the sales specialists with the LB to create new and maximise existing opportunities within the LB territory.
  • Collaboration skills collaborate with Propositions & Product teams to provide win/loss feedback to ensure our products are developed to optimise market opportunity
  • Proven track record in Fixed Product IP/Cloud, Switch and Data Networks sales
  • Demonstrative history of achieving sales targets
