The role


Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, you will undertake a significant role in developing, implementing and embedding our People Plan enabling strategies and innovative practices throughout the Trust.

Staff engagement, embedding our values and supporting a culture change journey will underpin the purpose of this role.


A key focus of the role will be to lead the Trust agenda for Staff Engagement, Equality Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing and responding to our staff survey results.
**You will champion the culture of Inclusion at South Tees Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and work collaboratively across the organisation. You will support the continuous development of the infrastructure for staff networks and support the Network Chairs whilst supporting leaders and the wider workforce to be accountable around initiatives that address inequity.
