As a Band 5 RMN at Lynfield Mount Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health issues.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for patients, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.


During your shifts, you will be responsible for administering medications, conducting assessments, and providing therapeutic interventions to support patients in their recovery journey.

You will also be involved in liaising with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
