Salesforce Administrator - 3 months contract - £500 per day (Outside IR35) - Hybrid - LondonA Salesforce Administrator with Service Cloud, Lightning and Contact Centre experience is required by a global eCommerce company.
This role will focus on supporting the operations with a particular focus on the Contact Centre.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage resources developing and maintaining the Customer management systems
- Release management for Salesforce pipeline of work, following the Agile methodology
- Engage with business stakeholders with a focus on the Contact Centre
- Collaborate with the Contact Centre, CRM Marketing and other business stakeholders
Key requirements:
- Solid Service Cloud and Lightning user interface experience
- Strong Contact Centre/Customer Service orientation
- SFDC Administration Certification as a minimum
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile Framework
Daily rate:
Initial 3 month contract - up to £500 per day (Outside IR35)
Location:
Hybrid working going into the London offices 1-2 days a week
