The role
As a Course Administrator you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

You'll play a crucial role in Training Operations by ensuring timely and effective service to our clients for Course Loading.

Your main tasks involve accurate data entry, managing course nominations, and being open to adapting to customer demands by learning new skills.

This position offers an opportunity to develop problem-solving skills and grow a career at Babcock International.

Day to day you will:

Process accurate data entry and manage course nominations.
Act as a liaison between the Field Army and CMC, handling student details and course lists.
Ensure compliance with training standards by checking student training records.
Distribute course rolls and manage accommodation bookings if needed.
Archive correspondence and adapt to changing demands through new skill training. Support Course Loading within Training Operations, ensuring compliance with security requirements.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 to 3 days in the office each week once you're settled in the position.

Essential experience of the

Previous experience of working in a fastpaced administration function
Experience in a training/learning environment
Ability to prioritise own work, act on own initiative and without close supervision.
Computer literate
