We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.


To support our strategic people ambitions our Talent Acquisition team to develop our attraction agenda, employer brand, and our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring the delivery of specialist attraction and resourcing campaigns.


You will support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in delivering campaigns for senior, specialist and 'hard to fill' vacancies across all staff groups, providing recruitment administration and support.


Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust provides NHS hospital services for around 900,000 people across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and South Buckinghamshire.

  • Provide a highquality recruitment and selection service, assisting the Trust in achieving its strategic and operational objectives with specific focus on supporting senior, specialist, and 'hardtofill' vacancies and attraction campaigns
  • Take ownership of assigned recruitment activity, ensuring that service level agreement KPIs are met, supporting preparation for attraction campaigns, assessment and selection centres / processes, alongside facilitation of assessment centres.
  • Liaise with external organisations (i.e. advertising agencies, recruitment businesses) to support the delivery of the function.
  • Facilitate and participate in recruitment events (i.e. open days / assessment centres) as required, including evenings / weekends.
