• Implementing backup solutions for disaster recovery
• Network switch management including the use of VLANs
• Cyber security best practices
• Maintaining IT documentation, SOP and guidance
• Basic Macro and Java programming

• Daily, weekly, and Monthly reporting and other audit related tasks
• Monitoring the use of software (e.g. Microsoft) and hardware (e.g. Printers) and, improving them constantly
• Earmark projects
• Training of new members of staff
• Technical troubleshooting and resolution

• Office IT system of +25 staff: routers, WAPs, switches, NASs, servers and PCs
• Teleconferencing, CCTV, Alarm, Time Keeping system

• Microsoft, Apple, Adobe and uploading custom router software etc.
• Overseas software knowledge a bonus such as Dingtalk, WeChat etc.

• Commensurate with experience/ability [£20,000 £28,000]
• Performance related bonus
