Hours:
Mon - Thurs 8.45am - 5.15pm, Fri 9am - 4.15pm
Hybrid working after initial training period, 3 days in the office (Tues, Wed, Thurs), 2 days remote, (Mon & Fri).

Who We're looking for:
We are on the hunt for a HR Administrator to join a small and friendly HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you have a passion for supporting people, processes and systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to support the team on recruitment,sickness, holidays, diversity & inclusion and employee benefits to name a few.
What you'll be involved with:
- Responsible for delivering a professional and confidential HR administrative support service to the HR team and the wider business.
- Monitoring holidays, probationary periods and sickness triggers, providing meaningful data and reports.
- A minimum of 12 months HR administration experience
- A 'cando' attitude
- The ability to remain calm and consistent under pressure
- A team player with a flexible and reliable approach
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Accurately maintaining peoplerelated data and electronic files, confidentiality a must.
- Updating the HR database (Access HR), accurately recording and monitoring data.
- Supporting the employee life cycle with the administration of contracts, reference and right to work checks.
- Taking responsibility for organising the onboarding process, providing a seamless new team member experience.
- Organising and supporting a diverse range of events for our teams to celebrate.
- Managing all administration in respect of the Company's benefit schemes including the wellbeing programme, childcare vouchers, healthcare and cycle to work schemes.
- Providing ad hoc support 'front of house' on Reception, supporting our clients, visitors and teams to create an impeccable first impression.
