The Recruitment Coordinator will join our busy Recruitment Team, providing an efficient and effective recruitment service to our busy recruiting managers across all 3 hospitals, assisting in the day-to-day HR / recruitment administration tasks and taking part in various projects when required.
- Ensuring all applicants have a fair and good experience
- Ensuring all recruitment preemployments checks are completed and meet NHS Employers Guidelines
- Ensuring paperwork received is fully completed and audit compliant
- Knowledge of ESR & the Trac systems would be a bonus although training will be provided.
Patient care is at the heart of what we do at our three hospitals in Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover, as well as in the care we provide in the community.
We provide medical and surgical services to a population of approximately 600,000 across Hampshire and parts of West Berkshire and specialist services to people across the UK and internationally.
