The Recruitment Coordinator will join our busy Recruitment Team, providing an efficient and effective recruitment service to our busy recruiting managers across all 3 hospitals, assisting in the day-to-day HR / recruitment administration tasks and taking part in various projects when required.

You would be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including key tasks (but not limited to) such as:

  • Ensuring all applicants have a fair and good experience
  • Ensuring all recruitment preemployments checks are completed and meet NHS Employers Guidelines
  • Ensuring paperwork received is fully completed and audit compliant
Managing checks within agreed timeframes

  • Knowledge of ESR & the Trac systems would be a bonus although training will be provided.
