My client, based in Solihull, are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team on a permanent basis.

A salary of up to £26,000 is on offer, as well as an excellent bonus structure. The role also offers hybrid working, with a requirement to be in the office only once per week


Duties Include:


  • Providing after sales support
  • Ensuring the CRM is up to date with customer records
  • Preparing letters and reports as required
  • Sending invoices and other necessary paperwork
