Job Summary_


Main duties

  • Site visits: Conduct regular visits of assigned sites and ensure compliance with Enigma protocols.

Shift Supervision:

Oversee and coordinate the activities of CCTV personnel during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and maintain a high level of service.


Staff Training and Development:

Train, mentor, and evaluate CCTV personnel to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their duties effectively.

Provide ongoing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrol activities, incidents, and shift reports. Generate incident reports, logs, and any other relevant documentation as required.

Customer Service:

Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, addressing any concerns or inquiries and maintaining a customer-oriented approach at all times.


Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CCTV operations. Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement innovative solutions.


Qualifications:

Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively manage and motivate a team of security personnel.

Strong knowledge of CCTV principles, procedures, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals at all levels.

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.

Proficiency in using, surveillance systems, and related technology.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
£12.00-£13.50 per hour

  • Security CCTV: 3 years (required)
  • Managerial: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • SIA CCTV AND DS (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (required)
