_TQ Law based in Leigh are currently looking for two enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Legal Assistants in a busy residential property department.
Applicants must be educated to at least A-level standard or equivalent. Legal experience would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided._Position:

Overall Objective
Responsible for providing support to the Team whist progressing transaction through to completion.
Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare contract out to Buyers Conveyancer
- Compose and send contract report to client.
- Update referrers and other parties involved in the transaction through to completion via the same mediums referred to in 3.
- Organise, progress and update the task list daily
- Assist the team in preparing and progressing the file through to exchange and completion.
- Provide cover to the other members of the Team in their absence.
- Comply with service standards, GDPR and AML requirements.
