Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of field workers and ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
  • Provide guidance and support to field workers, including training and development opportunities
  • Monitor field operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of work
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by field workers or clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to field operations

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
