On behalf of our manufacturing client in Middleton, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to commence work immediately on a permanent contract.

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000k D.O.E.

  • 2pm.


As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of the companies repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support.


Key Responsibilities - Managing the end-to-end process of repairs, including creating service requests, generating quotations, confirming sales orders, preparing service reports, overseeing shipping activities, and handling invoicing.


  • Delivering exceptional customer support, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns in accordance with our company guidelines.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers at the Middleton site, serving as the interface between them and the client's organization.
  • Attending regular meetings with customers to maintain strong relationships and address any specific needs or requirements.
  • Collaborating with other departments as needed to seamlessly manage the workflow of repairs, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
  • Utilizing internal tools such as Oracle, Hart, Improve, Cinnamon, Excel Planning sheets, and IOTRAINS to carry out your administrative tasks effectively.
  • Verifying the accuracy of data received from customers, such as RMA request forms and purchase orders.
  • Coordinating with the clients other service sites and agents from an administrative standpoint, managing status requests and purchase orders/sales orders.
  • Any other duties as requested by Management.
  • An up to date CV.
  • Excellent IT, written & verbal communication skills.
  • Preferable experience within export.
  • Fluency within a second European language ( French, Spanish, German or Italian ) is preferable but not essential.
  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing, production or technical based role.
