An opportunity has arisen at a very well-established Somerset firm, for a Residential Property Solicitor/Fee Earner or Conveyancer to join their Residential Conveyancing Department, as part of their continued growth.
They are friendly, flexible and offer high quality work with both long-standing land owner clients, to High-Net-Worth clients, and a variety of other property-based work.
You will be able to manage a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish to include:- Sales
- Purchases
- Freeholds
- Leaseholds
- New builds
