  • The role

  • As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an excellent level of secretarial, administrative and organisational support services to the Manchester Airport Operations Senior Leadership Team. Your weekly activities will include organising diaries to ensure efficient prioritisation, managing travel & accommodation arrangements, facilitate meetings as & when and managing agendas, take an active part in managing necessary communications and adhoc supporting of Senior leaders.
  • What will make you successful in the role?
  • To succeed in the role of Executive Assistant, you will have experience working in a similar type of role, holding excellent organisational skills with an ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines. You will have great attention to detail, efficient organisational & time management skills prioritising in line with business needs. Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills will accompany good Microsoft experience including Outlook, Teams and Office.
