The Lewisham & Addictions Directorate is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Borough Service Director and Clinical Director.This new and varied role offers excellent opportunities to gain experience and skills across a variety of different settings.

To take responsibility for correspondence and reports including drafting and typing of letters and reports requiring high levels of concentration in a busy office environment
Preparing material, presentations etc for meetings/conferences, using various software packages
Maintenance of the Service Director, Deputy Service Director and Medical Lead's diaries, including arranging meetings, making appointments, managing brought forward, filing systems and databases
Ensuring effective diary and time management for the Service Director, Deputy Service Director and Medical Lead to ensure that preparations are made for meetings including briefings where appropriate.

To liaise with all disciplines of staff, both written and outside the Trust to ensure that effective communications are maintained.

To maintain contact lists on behalf of the management team, undertake any research and project work as directed, and provide support, line management and supervision to the administrative team
