Based in the beautiful rural setting of Stoneleigh, Pragmatic Consulting Ltd is a fast-growing business that offers external training solutions to some of the UK leading tier one construction companies on a national basis.

We are currently expanding rapidly to continue to meet client demands.

We have a part time friendly office dog who is in the office most Tuesday's and Thursdays.


Mon to Friday 09:30 to 17:30 or 09:00 to 17:30 with 1 hour lunch

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate data inputting, photocopying, and collating packs of course materials
  • Invigilate exams (training will be given)
  • Build and maintain rapport with our clients, offer a personalised service. This is about developing existing customer relationships as well as establishing new relationships
  • Ensure smooth running of training by developing close working relationships with the administration, sales, finance, and delivery teams, as well as associates, partners, and clients
  • Ordering of equipment for courses including the on hire and off hire of equipment
  • Booking of hotels for trainers
  • Ensure all facilities are serviced and maintained in line with current legislation and operate to high standards of health and safety at all times.
  • Ensure planned and preventative maintenance is undertaken in a timely manner and completed to statutory compliance standards.
  • Responsible for completing monthly facility inspections, documenting and resolve any issues found and engage appropriate contactors promptly
  • Input and administrative duties for the site Facilities budgets
  • Input and administration duties to support the course bookings and sales teams as required

Skills & Aptitudes

  • Ability to multitask, have strong organisational skills, and manage tight deadlines is essential
  • Strong IT skills (excel, word, outlook)
  • Be a team player and help the wider team at busy periods
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Keen team player with the ability to work well towards own initiative
  • Accurate administration skills and a good eye for detail
  • Energy and enthusiasm a must

Experience required

Mandatory

  • Experience working in a busy office
  • Experience of working as an administrator

Desirable

  • Previous experience working within an external training company would be advantageous

£21, £23,000.00 per year
