Personal Advisors needed with Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council


Start Date:


  • ASAP

Location - Poole


Duration - Initially 4 months


Hours per week - 37 hours per week


Salary - £21ltd per hour


Description:


  • With support and supervision undertake and contribute to assessments of Care Leavers ensuring that the voice of the young person is central to the Pathway Planning
  • Provide advice and support with accessing welfare benefits and help with budgeting for Care Leavers encountering difficulties.
  • Maintain written and computerised case recording to a high professional standard and in accordance with unit procedures and standards.

What is required?

  • Relevant experience in a Care Leavers or similar Service is essential
  • Understanding/experience of Housing, Probation or working with Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
