Desktop Engineer

Our client are engaged in a device refresh project and require 4 EUC temporary resources for 3 months to roll out 1800 Monitors and circa 1000 laptops to be replaced over the 3-month period.

Indepth toubleshooting, resolving incidents and fulfilling Work Orders in line with Service Level Agreements
Provide advice, guidance and assistance to customers & colleagues
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution to customer incidents
IMAC and Project work, which may include uplifting equipment
Knowledge transfer between team and other stakeholders
Following Software Asset Management guidelines and processes
Fix/rebuild devices
Troubleshooting of current mobile telecommunications technology and Microsoft operating systems
Device deployments and software installations
Vendor liaisons
Full driving licence & own vehicle required
Proven technical skills within a Desktop environment
