Page Personnel has partnered with a large Not-for-Profit client based in York to assist in the recruitment of a Engagement Coordinator to join the expanding team.

This is an exciting new role, where you will play a lead role in supporting with the deliveryof key communication and engagement activities for the organisations members.

This is an exciting new role, where you will play a lead role in supporting with the deliveryof key communication and engagement activities for the organisations members.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

Work with Community Representatives in a way that builds positive engagement between the Community Groups.
Build a schedule of Member Meetups including sourcing venues, speakers, domestic arrangements, registrations, and post event learnings.
Assist in providing regular content for each online engagement platform.
Assist with the arrangements for a programme of training for Communities Representatives, including sourcing venues, domestic arrangements, registrations, and post event learnings.
Support the delivery of departmental objectives.

Profile

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting and competing demands to meet deadlines.
Possess a strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver work both to a high standard and level of accuracy.
A good command of both written and verbal communication.

Job Offer
