A highly regarded Legal 100 firm in Cardiff is looking for an experienced housing litigation solicitor or chartered legal executive to join its busy and successful team.

In order to be considered for this position you will have experience in commercial, property and housing disputes as their clients range from registered social landlords and local authority clients.

The cases you will manage will cover such matters as tenancyenforcement arising out of nuisance behaviour, criminal activity or anti-social behaviour and other issues to include succession, possession, defending disrepair claims, homelessness, and allocations.
