Description
Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader for our client based in Cannock, Staffordshire.

This is a permanent role.


Duties will include:

  • Managing a small team of operatives
  • Supervise the operation of all machinery, tools and equipment to ensure production tasks are performed safely.
  • Ensure production targets are met
  • Train, mentor and develop new staff
  • Machine Operating
  • Quality Inspection

Skills required:

  • Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Manufacturing background
  • Health and safety knowledge
  • Manual Handling experience
  • First Aid qualification
A FLT Counterbalance license would be an advantage although not essential.

Sunday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am plus overtime. You will be required to work weekends when needed.

£889.00 to £921.00 per week plus overtime and shift allowance.

28 days holiday.
