Description:


Our busy client is looking to appoint a Material and Supply Planner who will be responsible for managing the customer order book, planning orders through production and OTIF delivery of finished goods.

This is a busy fast-paced enviornment role with no two days being the same.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing customer demands from forecasts and pipeline
  • Work with Demand Planning Commercial Teams to develop and maintain the production plan to support the rolling forecast and fulfilment plan
  • Identify and manage exceptions to the fulfilment plan
  • Work closely with the customer service and logistics teams in the daytoday management of order fulfilment
  • Work with Demand Planning, Innovation and Commercial Teams to support NPI

Experience and knowledge required for the role:

  • Experience of working in a similar Material/Supply Planning role
  • Strong knowledge of supply planning processes and S&OP
  • Strong focus on customer service, both internally and externally
  • Proven skills in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment where priorities will change and need to be acted on quickly
  • Experience of using an ERP system teamed with strong Excel skills
  • Resilient and hardworking
