This is a full-time, temporary position as a Customer Service advisor with hybrid working


The role is based in Central London, providing valuable support to the customer service team whilst they work on a brand-new grant for youth investment.

If you enjoy working within a team, are proactive and can remain calm with a busy schedule, this may be the perfect role for you.


Customer Service Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inbox management
  • Answering telephone queries
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service

Customer Service Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Solution focused

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£13.00 per hour
