Purpose of the Role

Langdale's Night Porters are responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for guests, coordinating support for residents throughout the night and responding to any emergencies that may arise in a calm and timely manner.

Role Requirements

We are looking for a Night Porter to join the Estate Night Team who, under the guidance of the Night Manager, are responsible for smooth operation and security of the Estate.

Assisting with guest requests and understanding their needs
Conducting check in's for late arrivals
Dealing and responding to any emergencies with a calm manner
Supporting reception and answering any queries that may come through via telephone
Preparing conference rooms as per the guest specifications
Carrying out night audits, estate walk arounds and security checks across our Estate
Serving refreshments to guests
Attending to a variety of matters that arise during the night.
You must hold a UK Valid Driving Licence.
