Hourly rate - £12.48 per hour

Purpose of the Role


Langdale's Night Porters are responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for guests, coordinating support for residents throughout the night and responding to any emergencies that may arise in a calm and timely manner.


Role Requirements


We are looking for a Night Porter to join the Estate Night Team who, under the guidance of the Night Manager, are responsible for smooth operation and security of the Estate.


  • Assisting with guest requests and understanding their needs
  • Conducting check in's for late arrivals
  • Dealing and responding to any emergencies with a calm manner
  • Supporting reception and answering any queries that may come through via telephone
  • Preparing conference rooms as per the guest specifications
  • Carrying out night audits, estate walk arounds and security checks across our Estate
  • Serving refreshments to guests
  • Attending to a variety of matters that arise during the night.
  • You must hold a UK Valid Driving Licence.
