DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day of your choosing)

The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Integration Team the Integration Consultant I works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the project life cycle and coordinate the implementation of ITP solutions.

Expectations include an ability to build rapport and develop relationships with internal partners and external clients, conduct technical and business analysis, utilize strong project management skills to manage activities/resources, and ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.


Your Primary Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the business analyst/project manager for each client engagement. Manage project scope and timeline to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations. Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Partner with clients to define and document project requirements and deliverables through workshop discussions and workflow analysis
  • Develop and document project details using standard project deliverables (e.g. Project Plan, Business Requirements Document, Risks & Issues Log, Tests Plans, Project Status Reports)
  • Provide business analysis, testing and technical support to clients throughout the project, supporting and driving the resolution of any issues that may arise
  • Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates, incorporating risk and control processes into daytoday responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk.
  • Participate in internal Cross Functional initiatives to enhance business process

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed For Success:


  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience preferably within the Financial Services industry with understanding of the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business e.g. STP and current securities industry initiatives
  • Client facing experience preferred with proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate information/issues clearly and succinctly to technical/nontechnical colleagues and clients. Demonstrated problemsolving capability and analytical skills
