Reception Managerrequired for a prestigious Hotel in the East Sussex countryside area.

As
Reception Manageryou will be working on a rota and shift basis to include week-ends, late and early shifts.

Your role will involve the effective running of the hotel reception desk achieving consistently high standards of service andmaximum guest satisfaction.

Previous experience is required from within a hotel or similar. Duties include guest check in and check out, up selling, providing hotel information.

The
Reception Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the hotel reception, ensuring the highest quality of guest service standards are adhered to by the Reception team.

The role will require you to deliver exceptional serviceand create lasting impressions.

As the main point of contact for all our guests you will need to be warm and motivated with an indisputable desire to exceed their expectations.

The salary for the role of
