Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Planner to join our team.

As a Land Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing land use and developing plans for the efficient use of land resources.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create sustainable and aesthetically pleasing land development projects.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and gather data on zoning regulations, environmental impact, and land use feasibility
• Prepare site analysis reports, including topographic surveys and soil evaluations
• Develop comprehensive land use plans that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements
• Utilize ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and other software to create detailed site plans and renderings
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design concepts are feasible and meet client expectations
• Conduct data analysis to assess the impact of proposed developments on traffic patterns, infrastructure, and the environment
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field
• Proficiency in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Rhinoceros 3D, and other relevant software
• Strong knowledge of land use regulations and zoning codes
• Experience in project management and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client presentations
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed recommendations

£36,648.00-£39,868.00 per year
