We are recruiting for an experienced
Solicitor to join an innovative, not for profit Housing Association in the North East for a fixed period of 12 months.

The role is available on a
hybrid basis.

  • Dealing with conveyancing in a social housing context
  • Dealing with purchase of land and property for future development
  • Providing general commercial contract advice
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Advising on data protection, governance, company secretarial issues
