Part Time Executive Assistant/pa to Commercial - Gainsborough, United Kingdom - Reflect Recruitment Group
Description
We are working with a very exciting company based between Gainsborough and Lincoln to recruit for a brand new role for a PA to the Commercial Director.
The role could be either three or four days a week dependent on your availability and preference.
In terms of experience, the expectation is that you will have at least three years of office management or PA experience at senior management or director level, preferably with some HR administration experience and/or administrative qualifications.
You will be confident with excellent interpersonal skills and able to lead by example and liaise with people at all levels.
You will be able to cope under pressure and be proactive and self motivated as there is a large degree of autonomy.
You will have a wide variety of responsibilities including managing multiple diaries, organising meetings, booking travel and accommodation, managing databases and record keeping, implementing and maintaining procedures, liaison with clients, suppliers and staff across the business as well as many other duties.
