Operations Support Administrator

Liverpool
Salary:
£17, £17, performance bonus up to £2,000 per annum.
Days & Hours:
Monday to Friday start 10am finish 4pm

Reporting to:
Operations Director and Operations Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the wider business.
- Diary management (scheduling meetings, including minute taking).
- Procuring suppliers and managing orders.
- Collating and presenting data.
- Quality checking and uploading reports.
- Dealing with new and existing clients.
Applicants must have / be:
- Experience of administration.
- Experience of using Microsoft products.
- Able to work to targets and deadlines.
- Flexible and reliable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record.
- Smart, professional and approachable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbal, written and listening.
- A team player with a positive, solution focused approach.
- Enthusiastic and must enjoy working with people.
