London office, Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days from home) + Travel

Base Salary £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Senior Conference Producer role
In this newly created Senior Conference producer role you will:
Be responsible for building and delivering international industry leading conference programmes.

Research and identify industry trends and attract and secure great industry speakers

Design high-impact experiences for speakers and delegates

Work alongside and collaborate with the marketing team and external stakeholders, supporting and motivating throughout the process

Report to a fabulous Events Director

This is not an event organising or operations position_

Required experience

Educated with an undergraduate degree or higher
A proven track record managing complex commercial conference and events programmes (digital and inperson). Ideally, you will have 18/24 months of direct experience in b2b conference production.
Experience producing events that generate significant revenue, within the agreed time frame and on budget.
Strong research, analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential
Confident and able to establish and build relationships with senior business professionals
Outstanding communication skills (written and spoken)
Firstrate organisational and project management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines
Be able to demonstrate your ability to learn new information (quickly) and utilise it
Experience/knowledge in ESG and sustainability would be advantageous
Excellent IT and marketing automation skills
Enthusiasm, confidence and a strong professional work ethic.
