Service Desk Analyst - Sheffield, United Kingdom - Zoon Link Limited
Description
A leading provider of IT Services is looking for a First Line Analyst to join its busy Financial Sector Service Desk in Sheffield.
This is an ongoing contract initially offered at 3 months.In this role, you will be the first point of contact to offer customers a quick resolution of their IT issues.
Key tasks:
- Log incoming calls and diagnose and resolve user issues
- Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure consistent user experience
- Actively participate in and contribute to an ongoing team dynamic
- Work to ensure the department meets its SLA performance targets
You must be flexible with either an 7am start or late finish at 7pm Monday - Friday, 37.5 hrs per week.
You will be paid £11.07 an hour (inside IR35). Successful applicants will also need to standard financial checks prior to starting.This is an immediate requirement. If you have the skills and experience detailed above please do not hesitate to apply.
