Description

Responsibilities:


  • Proactively support internal and external customers handling all assigned administrative duties, taking direction from and balancing the needs of Biomed Technicians and Biomed Team Leaders.
  • Provide administrative support while maintaining and improving the data quality through the entry of Technician activities into the relevant CMS tool.
  • Maintain daily communications with customers as directed, to ensure resolution and proper followup, leading to customer satisfaction. As instructed, implement GE/customer facility contract, supporting business goals and objectives.
  • May assist more experienced technicians on basic and more complex repairs/resolution respectively. Work as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

Quality specific responsibilities:


  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
  • Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
  • Insure timely dispatch closure.
  • Insure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI's) within prescribed timeframe.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.

Qualifications and requirements:


  • Alevel, National Diploma, HNC, HND or equivalent
  • Strong customerservice skills
  • Highly motivated teamplayer
  • Prior industry related experience
  • Ability to stay calm in pressurized situations and coach people through solving problems
  • Ability to drive improvements in efficiency
  • Knowledge/experience with the healthcare industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excellent computer skills, Networking ability
